What is TENGA?
TENGA is global lifestyle brand of sexual health wellness items that originated from Japan. The Climax (NANPEIDAI TRADING INC) is the official distributor of TENGA and iroha in the Philippines.
Are your products authentic?
Yes they are! All items from our official stores are 100% authentic TENGA and IROHA items from Japan. Please be wary of buying from unofficial stores as counterfeit items may contain substances that are harmful to the body.

Delivery:
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we do ship nationwide.
How much is the delivery cost?
Metro Manila – 85php
Cavite/Rizal/Bulacan/Laguna – 160php
*If you are from these locations, you can opt for same-day pickup or next day delivery. You shall book your own courier at your own expense.
All other else – 180php
*Same-day and next-day delivery not available.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Metro Manila – 2-3 working days
Outside Metro Manila – 5-7 working days
*Given the current COVID-19 situation, unexpected delays may happen.
*If you are from Metro Manila, you can opt for same-day pickup—applicable for orders made within 10am-7:00pm and subject to availability of the items.
Do you ship discreetly?
Yes, we do! Product details are omitted from the packaging and waybill. No branding of TENGA or IROHA will also be shown in packaging.

How to order?
- Browse through our website and “Add to Cart” the items you wish to buy.
- Proceed to the “Checkout” by clicking on your shopping bag/cart.
- Fill in the necessary payment and delivery details.
- Confirm payment and delivery.
- Wait for your items to be delivered.
Do your products have warranties?
Yes! All products have a standard 30-day warranty from the date of receipt subject to our Returns Policy.
Some items have extended warranties. Others have a 3-month warranty while others have a 1-year warranty. These warranties only cover factory defects and manufacturing issues. Damages caused by improper usage will not be honored.
Kindly keep your receipt and actual product in its original packaging. Contact us if you have any questions regarding our warranty policy.
How do you process warranties?
If you received a defective product, kindly notify us at info@theclimax.ph within the warranty period. Include the following in your email:
-Photo of the serial number of the item (box)
-Screenshot of transaction email and/or receipt
-Summary of the issue with support photos and videos
We will immediately get in touch with you and help you with the process.
How can I track my order?
Ninja Van / LBC will send you a tracking number so you will be able to conveniently track your order.

What mode/s of payment do you accept?
We accept the following modes of payment:
- Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa)
- GCASH
- Online bank transfer
- COD (additional COD fees apply as required by third party courier). Not all locations might be able to avail of the COD option.
