Refund policy

 

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, SHOP TENGA PH is unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on items that have been opened. Once an item's packaging has been opened it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Items Under Warranty that are Eligible for Replacement

For every purchase, the customer agrees to our Returns and Warranty policy. 

Our standard warranty policy lasts 30 days (except otherwise stated). If the warranty period has lapsed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that only products with confirmed factory defects will be replaced.


For products with suspected factory defects, they will be subject for assessment and verification first. Once validated that the product indeed has a factory defect and still under warranty, we will replace it for free.

For items eligible for return under warranty, we can only replace the defective item with the same product, and cannot be for refund.
